Due to health regulations, please note that fresh, frozen, or temperature-sensitive food items cannot be returned once they have left our facility.

Ensure your item is non-perishable, unopened, and in its original packaging; please have your order number ready for verification.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with photos of the item and your receipt to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items with the RMA clearly marked on the outside and ship them back to our distribution center using a tracked service.
Receive Refund
